Wears Valley Fall Fest October 14 – 16 | Celebrate Autumn and Keep Sevier Beautiful!

Don’t miss the 3rd Annual Wears Valley Fall Fest October 14 – 16, 2016! This annual fundraiser for Keep Sevier Beautiful is a great way to celebrate Autumn in the Smokies! The festival is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Wears Valley Fall Fest 2016

Friday night on the Main Stage, it’s the Miss Fall Fest Pageant where local young ladies compete for the title and crown. On the Main Stage throughout the festival, you’ll hear some fine Country, Bluegrass, and Southern Gospel Music along with Traditional Native American Interactive Dance. Side stages will provide intimate venues for the weaving of some authentic Smoky Mountain Tales where you’ll laugh and learn about life in the mountains.

Wears Valley Fall Fest features an Antique Tractor Show and tractor rides for the kids. What make this particular fall festival so unique are the opportunities for fun while learning stewardship for our natural resources. The Fall Fest Kid’s Tent provides a free craft area where they can make all kinds of cool stuff out of re-purposed and natural items. Volunteers from Keep Sevier Beautiful and Lane Construction will be on hand to help make t-shirt bags, Fall and Christmas decorations, bird houses, and other fun items to take home.

There will be a wide variety of exhibitors and vendors at the festival showing off their artwork and jewelry as well as live demonstrations of metal crafts, basket making, and woodworking. And don’t worry about going hungry, there’ll be plenty of kettle corn, candy apples, and fried Twinkies for dessert first, then you can enjoy some grilled chicken or steak on a stick.

Directions to the Wears Valley Fall Fest from Pigeon Forge – At traffic light #3 on the Parkway turn onto Wears Valley Road and travel for approximately 7 miles. To access the Festival’s Free Parking, turn left on Robeson Road (you’ll see festival activities from the road as you approach.)

Admission to the Wears Valley Fall Festival is $3 per person, $5 for 4 or less people, and no more than $10 for a entire carload of folks! Admission is by donation; please remember this is Keep Sevier Beautiful’s largest fundraiser of the year so be generous is you’re so inclined!

Be sure to check out Wears Valley Fall Fest on Facebook! For more information, call Keep Sevier Beautiful at 865-774-6677 or visit WearsValleyFallFest.com.
