It’s the 20th Annual Fall Festival at Wears Valley First United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 8, and Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. each day. The men of the church serve up breakfast and lunch for the crowd.
This annual festival draws locals as well as tourists who love a bargain. Outdoors you’ll find all sorts of clothing, furniture, tools and housewares. Indoors, you’ll find homemade fudge, crafts, books, antiques, jewelry. The proceeds of this festival have been as much as $17,000 and all is graciously donated to area non-profit organizations.
