Kansas City Royals pitcher Luke Hochevar will be the keynote speaker for the annual Sevier County High School Bears Baseball Spring Kickoff Fundraiser Banquet to be held on February 7 at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets for the spaghetti dinner are $25 per person with all proceeds benefitting the Sevier County High School Baseball Program. Tickets can be purchased at any Tennessee State Bank in Sevier, Knox, Jefferson and Cocke counties.
Hochevar was a University of Tennessee All-American and #1 Overall MLB Draft Pick. Additionally, Hochevar was a member of the 2004 USA Baseball National Team and Gold Medal winner of the FISU II World University Baseball Championship against Japan.
