Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts in Gatlinburg features the work of its artists-in-residence during 2016-2017. “Okay responds to our emotions after the Gatlinburg wildfires,” says resident artist Grant Benoit, “We were incredibly lucky, and while things aren’t great – it is going to be okay and life will roll on.” The five artists showcased are Grant Benoit, Richard W. James, Maia Leppo, Emily Schubert, and Austin Riddle. This exhibit will be available through February 11, 2017.
The exhibition is located in the Geoffrey A. Wolpert Gallery on the Arrowmont campus. The Arrowmont galleries and campus are open to the public Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
